- We do not intentionally collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.

Much of the personal data we process is voluntarily submitted by our clients or their authorized representatives in the context of a business engagement.

We work with trusted third-party platforms that help us operate our business efficiently. These may include: Calendly (scheduling) Google Workspace (communication and storage) Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or Plausible) Web hosting and CMS providers These third parties may process client-provided data on our behalf. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that any data they submit is appropriate for such processing and does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws. We have entered into data processing agreements (DPAs) where required and perform due diligence to ensure adequate data protection measures are in place. 

7. International Data Transfers
